A Dream Come True

Today, we welcomed Kawamura-san to a special meeting of the Chizai Toastmasters Club. After years of my persistent invitations, it finally happened—it was truly a dream come true for me.

He shared impactful experiences from his career through the lens of communication, which sparked a deep discussion. I realized that building a wonderful career requires a genuine interest in and warmth toward others—whether they be colleagues or peers outside the company. With this "warm heart" in mind, I look forward to making the most of the rest of my professional life.

コミュニケーションという切り口からキャリアの中で印象深い経験を話していただき、それを題材にディスカッションしました。素敵なキャリアを歩むには、社内の同僚や社外の仲間への関心や親しみ、要するに、周囲に対する温かい心が大切であることがよくわかりました。そのような心を持ち、残りの社会人人生に活かしていきたいと思います。
