Two of our members, who attended IP Practice in Japan Pre-Meeting before AIPLA Mid-winter Institute, reported topics discussed there and led discussion with CHIZAI Toastmasters members. One of the topics was a US Supreme Court case about trademark of FUCT. The case was very interesting and suitable for practicing interactive discussion since it relates various issues from trademark law to freedom of speech. Thank you for leading the discussion!
