Discussion about early-stage startups with Andy Ogawa

CHIZAI Toastmasters Club invited Andy to discuss investing in early stage startups. We think one of the messages was the importance of building relationships of trust through open conversation. Logic is important, but we also need to know more about the people you're working with. It's very simple, but unfortunately, English tends to be a barrier for Japanese. One club member once said, "I am not good at speaking English, but I think I can build good relationships of trust with the conversation in their native language.'' No matter what language you speak, we need to be more conscious of active communication. Thank you, Andy!
