We had a great discussion with Mohi U. Ahmed, Thinker50 Award Winner last Saturday. A theme was innovation management and open innovation. I think all participants learned various ideas. What I took note was "go back to why you are doing it when you have difficulty in execution of your plan or business." Another interesting message was "look for leadership outside of hierarchies." He cited an idea of professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter. Let's visit small villages "outside traditional institutions."
