We had a first and fabulous morning meeting from 7:00 to 7:50 am today. CHIZAI Toastmasters club is like a startup. We move quickly and try a new idea. We are OK with "minimum viable" meeting. The morning meeting is generally dedicated to interactive discussion. "Silent meal" is a theme this morning. All participants shared interesting thoughts. For example, silence is gold; speaking is silver; those who are silent are the more knowledgeable; but we will need lively discussion for innovation after COVID19. A prepared speaker shared his reform story suggested by a book, "No Rules." And the last thing that I want a reader to notice is that one participant joined us from Silicon Valley and one from a train.
本日は、朝7時から7時50分まで、初めてかつすばらしい朝会を開催しました。 知財トーストマスターズは、スタートアップのようです。すばやく動き、新しいアイデアを試します。「最低限機能」する会合であればOK。朝会は概ね双方向のディスカッションを中心としています。今朝のテーマは「黙食」でした。全参加者が興味深い考えを共有しました。たとえば、沈黙は金なり；しゃべりは銀なり；しゃべらない人の方がよく知っている：しかし、コロナ後は、イノベーションのために活発な議論が必要となるだろう。準備スピーチでは、No Rulesという本にヒントを得た改革ストーリーを聞くことができました。最後に注目してほしいことは、ひとりはシリコンバレーから、ひとりは電車の中から、参加してくれたということです。
