We invited Habuka-san this evening and had a fabulous discussion with him about Governance Innovation and Agile Governance. See two reports, Ver.1. and Ver. 2. I think we realized that we unintentionally stuck to existing rules even when we discuss current context. This stubborn mindset makes us blind to fact that context we relied on in the past does not work any longer. Although it was a perceptive talk with many hints, we learned especially that it is important to not hesitate to review existing rules, systems, governance and GOALS.
