CHIZAI Toastmasters Club got off to a good start with WIPO Japan Office Counselor, Yuka Tsubouchi Okakita. The keynote speech was fabulous. She was like a spokesperson of WIPO Japan Office. We enjoyed the casual conversation with her. On top of that, we realized that WIPO is a good topic for the first special program because it covers many IP issues that we need to keep up with.
