On December 3, we held a special program titled "Let's Talk about Diversity! and invited James Abe, (IP Litigator, Partner at Alston & Bird LLP) and Jennifer So, (Senior Counsel at American Honda Motor Co., Inc.) as speakers and Takeshi Iizuka, (Patent Attorney at Iizuka International Patent Office) as moderator. We discussed why diversity is necessary in the IP industry and the challenges of becoming a diverse organization. We thought that companies need to think about diversity in order to provide flexible decision making and a comfortable working environment.
