While the third wave of COVID-19 Pandemic is coming in Japan, we had another Pandemic at our CHIZAI Toast Masters regular meeting. Even though the regular meeting had started, no prepared speaker joined the Zoom. All the members seemed to be too busy with their work. In such a situation, two reserve speakers completely made up the hole, and one prepared speaker who rushed in during their speech made a wonderful speech, which was just like a gift from Santa Claus. I was wondering what would happen today, but we were able to finish the regular meeting with great success.
In addition, we had two guests in this meeting. Guest participation is always welcome. Please feel free to join us and enjoy such a pandemic meeting together!
パンデミック！！
日本ではコロナの第３波が来ていますが、CHIZAIトーストマスターズの例会でもパンデミックが発生しました。例会が始まったにもかかわらず、準備スピーカーが1人もZoomに参加していません。メンバーはみな、仕事が忙しすぎるようです。そのような中、2人の代替スピーカーが完璧に穴を埋めて、その間に駆け付けた準備スピーカーがサンタクロースからの贈り物のような素晴らしいスピーチをしました。今日はどうなることかと思いましたが、例会を無事に終えることができました。
