Nobu-san, General Counsel and Deputy Head of HR at Mujin, Inc. was our special gust speaker this morning. He shared visions of Mujin, Inc., its business and operation and his own visions. We discussed IP issues, but what I was most impressed is that he dedicates his career to achieving his visions. He does not have data to prove that his visions are workable, but he believes in them and is trying to prove them in his career. In his last slide, he quoted the followings: “treat your people like owners instead of machines. Machines do their jobs; owners do whatever is needed to make their companies and teams successful.” Work Rules! By Laszlo Bock. We often feel that we have to reconcile our visions with reality.
