The Future of Work in the Age of AI

Our session with Dr. Larry Chao explored the future of work in the context of AI. While Japan and the U.S. differ in their perspectives on AI’s impact—at least for now—the core takeaway is clear: we must be agentic. Instead of falling into passive pessimism, we should actively seize this revolutionary shift as a catalyst for new opportunities.
