In May Toastmasters clubs are thanking current officers for their hard work and welcoming new officers. A president this term explained what she learned with three perspectives: engagement, challenge and reward. Each has had different experience as a club officer but I believe all agree that it is worth it. We are looking forward to working with the new officers!
トーストマスターズのクラブにとっては、5月は今のオフィサーの苦労に感謝を表し、新しいオフィサーを迎える季節です。今期のプレジデントが、学んだことを３つの観点から説明してくれました。それが、engagement、challenge、rewardでした。それぞれのオフィサーは別の経験をしてきたと思いますが、すべてのオフィサーがやってよかったと思っていると信じています。新しいオフィサーたちとがんばっていくことを楽しみにしています！
