We invited Erik Scheuermann, Partner at Elkington + Fife, to have a casual discussion about patent infrastructure, especially patent examination. Although it is the job of a patent attorney to deal with individual cases, I think it is good to discuss patent infrastructure sometimes. It was very helpful to hear various opinions from Erik and the other participants.
