Toastmasters has some tricks. One of the tricks is "a word of the day." A Wordmaster chooses a word, which is useful for public speaking and which a Wordmaster believes many don't often use. A Wordmaster this week introduced "kindle." It is not a brand name. It is a generic term. It means "to make sth such as an interest, emotion, etc" according to Oxford Advance Learner's Dictionary. Many attendees enjoyed using the word. I think that it describes our Toastmasters meeting very well. Every attendee is inspired by other attendee's speeches and evaluation.
