We had a lively discussion this Monday at AIPPI/JAPAN with guests from Europe, Michael Braun, Robert Alderson, Mariella Massaro, and Sakari Värilä about the Unified Patent Court and European Unitary Patent system. It will be getting matured with the accumulation of practice. At that stage, interactive discussion is really important. We learned various perspectives that we could not learn at a one-way lecture.
