We were able to welcome new member from today's regular meeting. It was his first meeting, and he worked as an Evaluator and a table topic speaker, and it was wonderful. Great job! Also, our speeches in today's Prepared Speech, Table topic and Evaluation were incredible. It's been a year and three months since I started CHZAI Toasemasters, and I strongly feel that the speech technology of all the members has improved significantly. I think the source of this progress is the comments from the Evaluator and participants on the speeches at the regular meetings. Comments from the Evaluator and participants are not criticisms, but are meant to show some good points and improvements to the speech from multiple people. In my yesterday's speech, "how to pause" was pointed out as an improvement point. Members can improve their speech skills by making efforts to improve the improvements shown last time while leaving the good points as they are when giving the next speech based on this comment and I think we can progress our speech skill. Would you like to try improvement (KAIZEN) activities for this speech?

CHZAI Toasemastersを始めてから1年3か月たちましたが、メンバーの皆さんのスピーチの技術が非常に進歩していることを強く感じています。この進歩の源泉となっているのは、スピーチに対するEvaluatorや参加者からのコメントだと思います。Evaluatorや参加者からのコメントは批評ではなく、スピーチに対する良い点をいくつかと改善点を複数の方から示してもらうものです。今回の私のスピーチでは、「間のとり方」について改善点として指摘されました。メンバーは、このコメントをもとに次回のスピーチを行う際に、良い点はそのまま残しつつ、前回示された改善点を改善できるように努力することで、自分のスピーチの技術を進歩することができると考えています。このスピーチに対する改善活動をトライしてみませんか？
